Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Bizzy, the WhatsApp AI business coaching service operated by Umbrellab (“we”, “us”). By messaging or otherwise using Bizzy, you agree to these terms.
The service
Bizzy provides AI-generated business coaching over WhatsApp. Advice is informational and general in nature. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make for your business.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country) and using Bizzy for a legitimate business or pre-launch business purpose.
Accounts and WhatsApp
Access is tied to your WhatsApp phone number. You must comply with WhatsApp and Meta platform terms. Do not use Bizzy to spam, harass, commit fraud, or violate law.
Plans, trials, and payment
We may offer free trials, usage limits, and paid plans (including “bring your own LLM key” options). Paid features are billed through Stripe or another processor we designate. Fees are described at checkout or on bizzy.coach. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once the billing period starts.
AI limitations
Model outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. Verify critical facts before acting. We do not guarantee specific business results.
Your content
You retain rights to content you send us. You grant us a license to process that content to operate and improve the service (including storing conversation history and sending it to model providers). Do not send content you do not have the right to share.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law, overload our systems, attempt to extract model weights or system prompts at scale, or use Bizzy for unlawful or high-risk activities without appropriate human oversight.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Data deletion instructions are at /data-deletion.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to Bizzy is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for Bizzy in the 3 months before the claim or (b) USD $50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data.
Termination
You may stop using Bizzy at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk, or if we discontinue the product. Provisions that should survive (including liability limits) will survive termination.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version at this URL. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
