Data Deletion

You can delete the personal data Bizzy stores about you directly in WhatsApp.

Delete via WhatsApp (recommended)

1. Message Bizzy on WhatsApp.
2. Send exactly: DELETE MY DATA
3. We schedule a permanent wipe for 24 hours later and confirm the time.
4. Changed your mind? Send CANCEL DELETE before that time.
5. After the window, we remove your account record, billing rows, and conversation history we store, then send a final confirmation.

You can also check progress anytime with STATUS.

What we delete

• Your user record and WhatsApp number linkage
• Conversation history we store
• Billing/usage rows tied to your account (except records we must keep briefly for tax/fraud where legally required)

WhatsApp copies

Chats remaining in your WhatsApp app or on Meta’s systems are outside Bizzy’s control.
